You may want to start by sitting back a bit, but if you are the least bit inclined to dive in, you're going to find so much more value here. Here's a bit about the culture we're building in Underground Music World Radio:

We post, answer polls and questions, write down ideas, join events, and direct message each other. Don't be shy about any of these things. That's why we're here. Both your Hosts and other members are here to welcome your contributions. They make this community richer and more valuable for each of us.

We add photos of ourselves. Everyone in Underground Music World Radio is here and excited to meet you. When you add a photo, a mini-bio, and even a quick introduction to Your Profile page, we can properly welcome you, and you'll get a ton more value than if you're a nameless, faceless member.

We're quick to support each other. You'll find out pretty fast that we're here to lift each other up. We're here to encourage you to think bigger, and hope you'll do the same for us. Criticism, cynicism, advice, and judgment is far too rampant across the Internet. We're doing something different in Underground Music World Radio .

We share generously. While you may feel a bit hesitant to share initially, we'd love to ask you to power through that hesitation, and share generously. Your stories and experiences may be exactly what another member needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity. The more you contribute, the more you'll get out of Underground Radio 414. It's proven!

We are constructive. We're here to push each other forward and lift each other up. Every member who has joined Underground Music World Radio  has agreed to find ways to help each other think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious.

We don't spam or troll. We all have agreed to make Underground Music World Radio a place free of spam and Bullshit.

These were easy agreements for us to make and, hopefully, will be for you, too. It's a pretty special culture here, and can't wait for you to see that for yourself. We created Underground Music World Radio to bring Artists, Producers, Song Writers, Promoters and Pioneers together with equally passionate people ready for something new.
